New Signalise Service for D/deaf patients

D/deaf patients can start using the service to contact their GP practice or book appointments now by either:
- Filling out a short online form at: https://beta.signalise.coop/signup
- Emailing: bookings@signalise.coop
- Sending an SMS text or WhatsApp message to 07723 469028

There are also plans to extend the new Video Relay Service for BSL users to local hospitals and other health services very soon.
